Nothing happens when I click on the feedback link

Clicking the feedback link should result in a small window appearing, containing a feedback form.

In order for this to work your browser must allow javascript to run. If no window appears it could be that your browser settings prevent this.

Additionally, some software products that protect your privacy by preventing pop-up advertisements may also block valid windows such as our feedback form.

You could experiment by changing your settings, however you can send us feedback to: feedback@thequizshop.com.

I've downloaded a quiz but my computer won't open the files

All the files that we provide are in acrobat pdf format. This is a standard format that can be read by all computers. However, you do need to have software installed that will read this type of file.

If you don't have an acrobat file reader installed on your computer already you can download a free reader from Adobe. Please follow the link below.

I keep seeing today's question even after I've answered it

In order for your computer to 'remember' that you've answered the question of the day theQuizshop must be allowed to store a cookie on your PC.

This is a small harmless text file that contains the date when you last answered the question of the day. Many browsers and security programs block cookies as they can be used for tracking purposes (at theQuizshop we DO NOT use cookies in this way).

The problem is probably caused by something blocking cookies on your computer. To resolve it you will need to change the settings of your browser or security software.

The countdown timer doesn't restart at 20 when I answer a new question

This is probably because you are using the Firefox browser.

It would seem that Firefox takes a few seconds to reset the countdown graphic and so if you click 'Next Question' quickly the graphic will not be restarted.

This does not affect the game, and you will still have 20 seconds to answer the question. The countdown image will get to 0 before the actual countdown does.

To resolve this issue wait a couple of seconds on the question result screen before clicking the 'Next Question' button.
